Pyramid Circuit Training Session

Warm-Up: Begin with a 5-7 minute warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.

This session includes a pyramid rep structure with 5 exercises, performed continuously with minimal rest for maximum intensity. The goal is to complete all rounds in 30 minutes.

Exercises

  1. Burpees
  2. Dumbbell Thrusters
  3. Push-Ups
  4. Mountain Climbers (Each Leg)
  5. V Sit-Ups

Pyramid Rep Scheme

  • Round 1: 15 reps of each exercise
  • Round 2: 20 reps of each exercise
  • Round 3: 25 reps of each exercise
  • Round 4: 20 reps of each exercise
  • Round 5: 15 reps of each exercise

Instructions

  • Perform all 5 exercises back-to-back without rest to complete one round.
  • After each round, rest only for 30-60 seconds.

Post-Circuit

  • Standing Cycle: 20 minutes of standing cycling to cool down the lower body.
  • Plank Hold: Complete 5 rounds of plank holds, aiming to hold for a minimum of 90 seconds each round.

Cooldown: After the workout, finish with a 10-minute cooldown to allow your body to recover.
